When Will My Order be Ready?
All items are produced on demand; therefore, please allow 8 weeks from the close of the store (not the date you ordered) for shipping notification. In the unlikely event your order is delayed beyond 8 weeks, you will be notified via e-mail.
Shipping
All items will ship directly to your home. You will receive a notification and tracking number once your order has shipped. Should your package disappear once successfully delivered to the shipping address provided in your order, you may file a Stolen Package claim with the shipper. We cannot be responsible for stolen shipments.
Inventory
All items offered are in stock as of store opening according to the manufacturer. However, supply chain issues and manufacturing issues could effect available inventory at any time. We are not responsible should inventory deplete between store opening and the close of the store. Should an item in your order no longer be available, you will be contacted immediately with options, including a refund for the out of stock item.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all our items are custom, no returns, exchanges or refunds are possible. Please use size charts provided to order the correct size for each item; if you are not sure about an item's style, fit, color or size, we recommend you visit a local retailer to view the item in person. Purchase with care!
In the unusual circumstance that there is a problem with your order once received, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so that we can make it right!
